THE NATURE SURROUNDING US
Phoenix farm is located at the Israeli Negev desert, settled in the heart of a sand dunes habitat. This unique habitat is a home for a wide collection of desert adapted flora and fauna. Moreover, the farm is located on the birds’ migration route between Europe and Africa, a paradise for bird's watchers during autumn and spring. Our environment is normally arid however during winter rains over the high Regions resulting in spectacular sights of storming water flowing through the dry wadi beds.
Living in an isolated farm sometime create a tough challenge however for nature lovers like us this is an exciting experience.
We feel that our tropical fish business is a kind of contribution to the international effort to amplify the contact between human beings and nature thus enabling protection of our globe from the unbalanced activity of civilization.
